Fit Food Trainer Comes to Elite

In mid November Elite will be launching its partnership with Fit Food Trainer, a weekly meal service run by Sarah Dusseau out of the kitchen at Elite River Glen. In today’s blog post, we talk about what Fit Food Trainer is, answer your most frequently asked questions and get to know the owner, Sarah Dusseau, a little bit better.

What Is Fit Food Trainer?

Our hectic lives often force us to choose – cook a health, nutritious meal or go to the gym and workout? With Fit Food Trainer you don’t have to choose because we combine clean eating gourmet meals with exercise so you can achieve your goals.

How Does Fit Food Trainer Work?

At Fit Food Trainer, our passion is clean eating. That’s why our food is always freshly prepared, never frozen, and free of preservatives MSG and trans-fat. We buy our fresh ingredients local because we believe in supporting our community and caring for the environment. Simply stated, our meal programs are better, because we are different. We champion a lifestyle approach to food and its preparation.

Fit Food Trainer Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are there minimums on orders?

No! You can order as much or as little as you want.

Q: What type of food do you offer?

Organic, fresh-made breakfast, lunch, dinner, and take-and-bake pizzas.

Q: What is the shelf life of your food?

7 days.

Q: Do you offer family meals?

Yes! Any of our dinner options can be made into a family meal that includes; a vegetable, starch and salad.

Q: Do you offer meals for those with dietary restrictions?

Yes! Most of our food is naturally gluten free. We also offer paleo & vegetarian items.

Q: Do I have to sign-up for anything?

No! There’s no sign-up, no commitment.

Q: How do I order?

You can order by emailing fitfoodtrainer@eliteclubs.com or by calling Sarah’s cell at 262-309-5974.

Q: When do I pick my order up?

Orders placed by 6 pm on Sunday can be picked up after 3 pm on Monday at River Glen and after 5 pm on Tuesday at Brookfield.
