Last month you may have noticed that many of our blog and social posts focused on getting kids to start learning about health and wellness at an early age. As many of us know at this point in our lives, when we look back we may wish we had done things differently. Here are a few things some of our members would like to tell their younger self about staying healthy. A little “healthy advice” if you will…

Don’t worry about others & keep good habits.

Everything in moderation. And you’re way hotter than you think you are….truer words have never been said!

Getting in the habit early on…same time every day and just do it!

Consistency is key, make it a lifestyle!

Sports can only go so far…learn to workout too.

The older you get, the harder it gets!

It’s okay to slow down and take it easy too. You’re not invincible!

Take advantage of your youth, the future is coming!

Stay flexible, in body and mind.

Surround yourself with positive energy and energetic people!
