As your fitness level progresses, increase the time of the fast burst. This is a great way to improve your level of fitness and burn extra calories.

Spring is a great time to take your favorite spin class outdoors! Hopping on two wheels for an extended road ride or on local trails is a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness.
