Trying to get a grasp on how healthy you are is hard. It’s easy to measure your health just by stepping on a scale, but that shouldn’t be your only indicator of how healthy you are.
There are plenty of ways to be healthy without dropping lots of weight, just as dropping too much weight can make you unhealthy. We have to take a broad approach to our health, as it isn’t defined by just one set of numbers.
