Charlene Bareta had always been active in her life, she recounts – maintaining her athleticism and herself through dance, cheerleading, and biking. Fast forward a few decades and she has not been able to enjoy her active life like before. However, she heard about a new club that Kay bought. It was seventeen years ago when the staff at Elite Sports Club – North Shore first met Jim Horvath. He is a native to Milwaukee and now lives in Glendale. Over the years, most of the Fitness staff and the Front Desk staff have gotten to know “Jim”. He is friendly and open to discussion. You can tell that he is intellectual and contemplative as he often engages conversations in the lobby and coming and going to his favorite place, the fitness department. Elite Sports Clubs member first student athlete in Wisconsin recruited to Columbia University’s Women’s Tennis Team
Alexandra (Ali) Pollack, a senior at University School of Milwaukee and a member at Elite Sports Clubs, has committed to play collegiate tennis at Columbia University and is the first student athlete in Wisconsin to ever be recruited to play for Columbia’s tennis team, an NCAA Division One Program in the Ivy League Conference. Elite Sports Clubs has offered the state’s largest tennis program for the last 30 years with year-round beginner to advanced programs for adults and children. At present, Elite coaches train over 35 nationally ranked junior players as well as 145 ranked players in the Midwest.
